Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. Here's what you need to know about returns and exchanges.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives broken or damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Wrong Address

If a package is returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we can reship your order. You will be charged the shipping cost for the second delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unburned, unlit, and in original condition with packaging intact. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Scent Preferences

We cannot accept returns or exchanges based on scent preference. Scent is subjective and candles cannot be resold once they have been burned or lit.

  2. Include photos of any damage or defects
  3. Provide your order number and description of the issue
